When Pearl joined us for a week of work experience, she had no idea she’d soon be part of our team! Here’s a quick recap of her journey:
Day 1: Shop Life with Melissa Pearl kicked off her week with Melissa, mastering the art of retail. From learning about the top brands we carry to chatting with customers, Pearl quickly got the hang of connecting people with the perfect gear to complement their Harley rides.
Day 2: Shining in Angelo’s Valeting Bay Next, Pearl joined Angelo in the valeting bay, where she learned the secrets of making bikes shine. After a day of buffing and polishing, she had those bikes gleaming like they were fresh off the line.
Day 3: Getting Greasy in Sam’s Workshop Pearl wrapped up her experience in Sam’s workshop, where she dove into the mechanical side of things. From changing oil to helping with custom mods, Pearl wasn’t afraid to get her hands dirty and learn what makes these bikes roar.
Over the week, Pearl didn’t just learn the business—she became part of the community. We’re excited to announce that she’ll be joining us part-time in a few weeks! So next time you’re in, be sure to say hi to Pearl, our newest team member who’s already living the biker life. Welcome aboard, Pearl!
